Day 1: Arrive in Jaipur
Arrive at Jaipur Airport/Railway Station, our chauffeur would drive you to your hotel. Check in to the room and relax for sometime. In the evening drive till Chokhi Dhani to have the true experience of Rajasthani culture and food. After a wonderful evening at Chokhi Dhani, reach back to your hotel and stay overnight.
Day 2: Explore Jaipur
After breakfast, leave for Amer Fort (Amber Fort) situated in picturesque and rugged Aravali hills. The fort is a fascinating blend of Hindu and Mughal architecture. Right above Amer is Jaigarh Fort, also known as the fort of victory. Next move to heart of Jaipur to see City palace and Museum, now the residence of the royal family. Also visit the 18th century observatory, Jantar Mantar. Next is the iconic Hawa Mahal also known as the Palace of Winds. Later in the evening, enjoy shopping in Jaipur bazar. Came back to your hotel for the night stay.
Day 3: Jaipur to Udaipur via Chittorgarh
After early breakfast, leave for Chittorgarh and visit one of the biggest forts of Asia, Chittorgarh Fort. Explore the incredible fort, full of great stories, phenomenal structures and mesmerizing views. Hour and a half drive from Chittorgarh is Udaipur. Reach the beautiful city of lakes- Udaipur and check in to your hotel. Later in the evening, visit City Palace for Light & Sound Show, a show that that brings alive the history of Mewar. Come back to the comforts of your hotel for sound sleep.
Day 4: The city of lakes
The romantic city Udaipur is also referred as the "Venice of India". Udaipur is a kaleidoscope of fairy-tale palaces, lakes, temples, gardens and narrow lanes strewn with stalls, carry the flavor of heroic past, epitomizing valor and chivalry. Start the day with a quick visit to Sahelion ki Baadi, queen's resort for her friends. Next proceed towards City Palace, one of the architectural marvels of Rajasthan. Next visit Jagdish temple. The temple, with intricate architecture and carvings, is an unmissable landmark in the Lal Ghat area of Udaipur. Next proceed for Bagore ki Haveli. Located on the edge of lake Pichola, the haveli is an architectural splendor. See the beautiful lake Pichola and also enjoy a boat ride around Lake Palace, located at the center of lake Pichola. To the north of Pichola, connected by a canal is Fateh Sagar lake. Udaipur is shopper's paradise and you can buy Rajasthani handicrafts, printed harem pants, leather bags, juttis and silver jewelry. The narrow lanes of old Udaipur have number of eateries offering delicious world cuisine. Later in the evening, reach back to the hotel and stay the night.
Day 5: Udaipur to Jaisalmer
After breakfast, check out of hotel in Udaipur and drive to Jaisalmer. Drive pass beautiful landscapes and colorful Rajasthani villages. On arrival in Jaisalmer, check in to the hotel and spend the evening at leisure. Enjoy a comfortable overnight stay in Jaisalmer.
Day 6: Fort & the Sand Dunes
After breakfast, leave for city sightseeing tour. Visit Jaisalmer Fort, the fort museum has a rich collection of imperial dresses and artifacts belonging to the royal family of Jaisalmer. The havelis inside Jaisalmer fort, such as Patwaon ki Haveli were structured with convoluted designs and latticed windows. Next visit the Gadisar Lake and later leave for San Dunes, close to India-Pakistan border. Enjoy camel safari and mesmerizing sunset view from the deserts. Check into comfortable tents for the night stay and have a leisure evening with folk dance and music performances.
Day 7: Jaisalmer to Jodhpur
After a wonderful stay in Jaisalmer, it's time to leave for Jodhpur. On arrival in Jodhpur, check in to the hotel. Spend the evening at leisure or enjoy the hotel activities and amenities.
Day 8: Explore Jodhpur
A full day city sightseeing tour. Start with a visit to mighty Mehrangarh fort, one of the largest and most interesting forts of Rajasthan. The fort is very well preserved and stands a hundred feet in splendor on a perpendicular cliff, four hundred feet above the sky line of "Sun City-Jodhpur". See the various magical sections of the fort - Moti Mahal, Phool Mehal, Sheesh Mahal, Sileh khana and Daulat Khana. The fort is always buzzing with performances from folk artists. Next, visit Jaswant Thada and the local market. Later in the evening, reach your hotel for comfortable stay.
Day 9: Time to go back
After a wonderful trip, it's time to leave Rajasthan. According to your flight/train timings, leave the hotel for airport/railway station drop.
